EXPORT - FREIGHT FORWARDER (Cranston, RI)
Great Northern Products, Ltd. is seeking an experienced Export - Freight Forwarder. Must be motivated to learn and grow within a secure company. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Must have good interactive skills, and a positive attitude. We are a fast paced company that is seeking an outgoing person to work in the logistics department, arranging ocean freight shipments from remote locations. Must be familiar with refrigerated cargo and its requirements. Must have knowledge of export documents, payment requirements, international terms, letters of credit, payments and collections. Must be bondable. This is a full time position in a casual dress atmosphere located in a state of the art facility in Cranston, RI.
The ideal candidate must be reliable, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, a good communicator, a team player and a problem solver. Must have excellent telephone and computer skills. Time management and prioritizing duties are required. Bi-lingual skills are helpful, but not mandatory.

SALES - INSIDE, FULL TIME (Cranston, RI)
Great Northern Products, Ltd. is seeking sales professionals for both our Domestic and International Sales Departments.
Seafood experience is not necessary but sales experience is. Exceptional organization, focus, motivation and the willingness to take on a new career in the seafood sector are essential. Becoming a Sales Person in the Seafood Industry requires tremendous effort on your part. It is a challenge, and with the correct mindset of establishing or enhancing a career in this field, you will be well rewarded for your talent. Bi-Lingual skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
You must be fully capable with Microsoft products including Access, Outlook and Excel and feel very comfortable interacting with customers by telephone. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. We are seeking the right people with a professional, agile, and committed attitude to their success and to the success of the company. Candidates for International Sales must have import/export experience.
