Credit Policy - Domestic

Product will be released to anyone who has been approved by Euler Indemnity Corp.

Product will not be released to any customer that has not been approved by Euler Indemnity Corp unless one of the following conditions has been met and the transaction has been signed off  by a manager.

1. Customer has agreed to pay C.O.D. prior to release of product
2. Customer's bank issues irrevocable letter of credit or other guarantee.

         Types of C.O.D.

1. Wire transfer to our bank for the full amount. Confirmation of receipt required
2. Cashier's check drawn upon an American bank for the full amount of the order being picked up.
3. Certified corporate check in full payment of this order.
4. A regular corporate check for the full amount.

Credit Policy Export

All Export products are guaranteed to be as represented in the documents required for the transaction. All export sales are done only on a fully secured basis. Forms of payment can be by:

• Irrevocable and confirmed letter of credit
• Cash against documents
• International payment guaranty
• Teletransfer of funds prior to release of documents
